We make it easy to upgrade or downgrade your service with us.

Upgrading/Downgrading a Service

To upgrade or downgrade your Website Hosting plan, please login to the GeekStorage Portal.

After logging in, click the Services tab

Select the desired service you would like to upgrade by clicking Manage

Now select Upgrade/Downgrade

Complete the upgrade order form

I just submitted a ticket for more disk space for AVDI. We cannot receive any emails due to not having enough disk space.
