All active hosting services are on a recurring billing cycle. You will receive notice of renewal by way of a renewal invoice e-mailed to your account's billing contact seven (7) days prior to your renewal date. Following the invoice, your credit card, if one is on file, will be automatically debited on the renewal date. If paying by PayPal (without a subscription), company check, money order or purchase order, you will need to manually remit payment.
Please be sure you remit payment in a timely manner to avoid any interruption in service.
Note SSL certificates and one-time services such as custom administration services are not recurring payments.
