First, please be sure that you've properly canceled your account by completing the steps listed here: How do I cancel my account?
It is possible that you had past due invoices at the time of your account cancellation. In order to complete an account cancellation, all past due invoices must be paid.
If your account has been successfully canceled and you continue to be charged, please review the details below depending on how you paid for the hosting service while the account was active.
Credit Card Transactions
It may be possible that you had a renewal invoice due at the time of your account cancellation request and that our Billing Geeks did not void it. We apologize for the oversight; please e-mail the Billing Geeks or open a ticket in the support desk and we'll get any erroneous charges refunded.
PayPal Transactions
We cannot initiate a charge to your PayPal account from our end. If you had a PayPal subscription for your service and then canceled the service with us but not the PayPal subscription, you may have mistakenly sent another subscription payment after your cancellation date. If this is the case, please make sure that you cancel your PayPal subscription and then contact our Billing Geeks or open a ticket in the support desk for a refund.
