To update your account information, you will need to first login to the GeekStorage Portal.
Updating Contact Information
To view and update your contact details, click on the Account tab.
Review your Contact Information. If you need to change your Contact Information, select Modify. Any changes made to your contact information will be effective immediately.
Updating Additional Authorized Users
To view and update your additional account contacts, click on the Account tab.
Next, select Manage next to Additional Contacts.
Review your current account contacts and make any necessary adjustments.
Updating Credit Card Information
To view your credit card(s) on file, select the Account tab.
Next, select Modify next to Payment Methods
Review your the expiration date on your credit card(s). You can change your primary credit card by selecting Make Primary next to the desired credit card.
If you need to add a new credit card, scroll down to Add New Credit Card and complete the form.
