In order to request a refund you must cancel your account. You can request a refund in the notes of your cancellation request and we will then process the cancellation and refund, if eligible, at the same time.
Please note, not all accounts can qualify for a refund. Our money back guarantee applies only to first time sign-ups, and does not apply to accounts canceled due to non-use, misuse, or abuse.
