What is Webmail?

Webmail allows you to access your email from any computer with an Internet connection and a web browser. We have three Webmail programs installed on your account by default (Horde, SquirrelMail and Roundcube). If you have never used Webmail before, think of it as a mobile version of a typical 3rd party mail software (such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc.). Using Webmail, you can manage your e-mail and contacts entirely from your web browser.

How do I access Webmail?

There are two ways to access your Webmail. You can either login directly or access Webmail through your web hosting account's cPanel.

Logging into Webmail directly via /webmail

Webmail can be accessed by appending "/webmail" to the end of your domain name. If you are a reseller, all accounts that are created in WebHostManager (WHM) can access Webmail by appending "/webmail" to the end of the domain name.

You will be prompted for your username and password to login to Webmail.

  • Username: The username is the full e-mail address that you are wanting to access Webmail for. For example, "[email protected]".
  • Password: The password is the e-mail address password.

After logging in, select the Webmail software that you would like to use.

You have successfully accessed Webmail.

Logging in to Webmail through cPanel

To access Webmail, you will first need to login to your web hosting account's cPanel. Once logged in, navigate to Mail >> Email Accounts.

Next, locate the e-mail address you want to login to Webmail with and then select Access Webmail from the More menu.

Input the password for the e-mail address and then select Log In.

After logging in, select the Webmail software that you would like to use.

You have successfully accessed Webmail.
