Need additional premium bandwidth? Not a problem! You can either upgrade your service plan within seven days of the end of the month or pay our low $0.25/GB bandwidth overage fee. Some providers make you pay up to $2.00/GB over! That's crazy!

Need additional IP addresses for your Virtual Private Server? We've got them! We offer IP addresses in increments of 2, 4 and 8 addresses. Our IP addresses are discounted if larger blocks are purchased.
Per ARIN regulations, we must obtain justification for assigning IP addresses to ensure we aren't wasting them. After ordering additional IP addresses, please download the following justification form and complete it. After it is completed, please open a support ticket referencing your order and upload the completed form to finish the justification process.

Our geek system administrators will help you debug your application, assist with programming and perform advanced system administration tasks (OS reloads, recovering from a compromise, installing & configuring custom software, etc.) for $75/hr. This fee is billed in 30-minute increments and you will never be charged without agreeing to the work in advance.
SafetyWeb Insurance waives any Level 3 Support fees related to a compromised VPS that is covered by the insurance.
